Bakugou is a college hockey player that has always had one goal and one goal only: to go pro. Having spent most of his life on the ice in hopes of achieving that, he has little to no dating experience. So when he finally meets Todoroki, he’s faced with the reality that life off the ice isn’t as easy as it seems and dating is surprisingly complicated. Now having to score both on and off the ice to impress not only scouts but a certain face in the crowd, Bakugou must face multiple challenges. Luckily for him though, Todoroki is a figure skater and knows his way around the ice too.
Author Notes: I just really wanted to write HockeyPlayer!Bakugou x FigureSkater!Todoroki and came up with this haha. The story will be multiple chapters and quite long in all honesty because I do want it to be detailed. Also just to clarify, Todoroki is dating someone else in the beginning but does break up with him. This WILL be a slow burn so it will take some time for him and Bakugou to get together. Oh and a heads up, Enji/Endeavor will play a pretty big role BUT he’s good at parenting so him and Todoroki are pretty close. The fic will not be explicit but I’d still prefer working with someone who is 18+! Thank you! :)

Attractive. Outspoken. Successful. Shouto was so obsessed he watched anything that so much as mentioned the chef.
One day Shouto gets a package in the mail filled with never-before-seen merch from his favorite chef. Included in the bundle was an invitation to be a student in one of his cooking class getaways. Of course he jumps on the opportunity, after telling his friends, and travels to the private location. Being the fanboy he is, Shouto explores the island and the grounds they’ll be cooking in. Taking pictures and videos of everything he comes across. Lost in his excitement he finds his way into the kitchen and runs into his idol who’s prepping the produce for the night’s first lesson.
Katsuki is just as intimidating in person as he is on TV and Shouto is living for it. He’s entranced by his beauty. Katsuki picks up on his obvious attraction and it excites him, Finally he finds someone so smitten with him instead of trying to act indifferent to his presence. So he takes advantage of the opportunity and spends the next few days making sure Shouto can’t take a step without thinking about him.

Summary:

Bakugou doesn’t get it, nor he has the time to think about it when Midoriya is getting married and Bakugou is supposed to be the best man of the guy he’s been in love with for the past twenty years. He keeps not thinking about it when he gets drunk at the afterparty of one of their concerts, then tells himself it’s not weird at all when him and Todoroki end up making out in the dim light and the smell of booze. The morning after he’s left with the worst hangover, a sleepy Todoroki draped on him and the prospect of a contract with a big music label.
Authors Notes: the story will feature the UA guys as twenty something musicians, so they will all be adults.
There will be just a pinch of angst, lots of fluff and a bit of sexy time.
The story is very vaguely inspired by two mangas: Yoru to Asa no Uta by Harada and Kimagure Na Jaguar.

“Let’s make snow cones.” Todoroki says emerging from the kitchen with two bottles of flavored syrup in both his hands. In his right hand there’s cherry, and in the left coconut. It was obvious what he was trying to do, Bakugou snorted.
“With what ice?” He asked, already amused. Todoroki’s eyes lit up knowing his friend wasn’t against the idea. The heterochromatic set the bottles on the table and stepped back into the kitchen with two bowls of snow.
“I think you mean with what snow?” He smirked, Bakugou rolls his eyes.

Shouto blinks. Then he looks at the interviewer. "I understand," he says, smiling slightly. She looks like she's suffering from heatstroke for a second, but she recovers.
"Great!" she exclaims. "So, we're going to use your former classmates for this, because everyone knows them. So, for the first one—"

The interviewer pauses. "I'm sorry," she says. "What was that?"
"Bakugou," Shouto repeats. "Pro Hero Dynamight – he's who I would marry."
The studio goes very silent.

After that, there's a series of interviews (like tdrk's in the summary, and then a responding one from bkg that tdrk watches, and so on, etc.) as the skeleton of the fic, ending again with another panel interview. Most of their classmates make an appearance, there will be some hero scenes (one of the interviews after some hero work) and at least one bar scene, but the interviews and things they say there will drive the development.
